TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Tickets once issued cannot be changed or refunded. Tickets are valid exclusively for the performance and date indicated. If unused, they may not be exchanged for another performance or date.
REGULATIONS
The Direction reserves the right to make any changes to the announced programme in terms of date, time, programme and/or cast, that may be necessary.
Each spectator must present the ticket to the staff in charge of control if requested.
The audience is kindly requested to dress appropriately.
It’s not allowed to enter when the show is on.
During the performance it’s strictly forbidden photography with flash.
Mobile phones must be switched off before the start of the performance.
Spectators are not allowed to enter with bottles and/or glasses.
