MONTECATINI-RUSSIA OPERA FESTIVAL

A supporter of dialogue between cultures, “Il Parnaso” Cultural Association has identified in art, especially music, a strong trait - d'union that has always linked Italy and Russia, countries geographically distant but with many points of contact. Both are territories rich in extraordinary works and exceptional talents. Both can boast great music schools and great performers as well as offering beautiful historical evidence and artistic masterpieces.
Russia is home to some of the oldest and most prestigious theatres, often the result of the design of Italian architects, who for centuries came there to share their work and creativity.
