She graduated in June 2003 with top marks and was awarded a scholarship in the class of Mezzo-soprano Stella Silva at the Conservatory B. Marcello in Venice. Subsequently she began her postgraduate studies with the masters: M. Arena, R. Kettelson, T. Fabbricini, L. Serra, B. Prior, Paola Lazzarini. She was one of the students at the “Bel Canto” School in Modena with the Soprano teacher Mirella Freni and is currently studying with Tenor Fernando Corderio Opa.
In 2003, she made her debut in Venice in the role of Apollonia in La Canterina by J. Haydn, which was followed in the same year with the role of Lisette in il caffè di Campagna by B.Galoppi conducted by Maestro Pirona. She played the roles of Ines (Il Trovatore) in Pordenone, Livietta (La partenza e il ritorno dei marinai by Galuppi) and Zaida at the Concert-Conference organized by the Bergamo Teatro Donizetti for the presentation of a new score by Don Sebastien.
In 2005, she was a finalist and was eligible for the Competition for young opera singers in Spoleto, then participated in productions of Rigoletto in the role of Giovanna and The Marriage of Figaro in the role of Cherubino in the Circuito Lirico Lombardo. She played Berta (The Barber of Seville) at Udine conducted by Maestro Alfredo Barchi and Angelina (Cinderella) at the Teatro Malibran in Venice in collaboration with the Teatro La Fenice.
In 2006, she won third prize at the International Competition of Opera Voices “Giovan Battista Velluti” and interpreted the roles of Papageno and Third Lady in The Magic Flute under the Pocket Opera project. She was a guest of “I Pomeriggi Musicali” for La Betulia liberata, she sang in the Petite Messe Solennelle by Rossini for the Teatro Verdi in Trieste under the conducting of L. Frattini and was Lola in Cavalleria rusticana in Udine under the conducting of A.Barchi and at the Teatro Donizetti in Bergamo. She also won 3rd at the International Opera Competition “Ottavio Ziino” promoted by “Il villaggio della musica” in Rome.
In 2007, she won the 58th Competition for young opera singers of Europe promoted by As.Li.Co. in collaboration with the “Fondazione Teatro alla Scala in Milan”. She has played the role of Dorabella in Così fan tutte by Mozart conducted by Maestro D. Fasolis for the Circuito Lirico Lombardo (Teatro Grande in Brescia, Ponchielli in Cremona, Sociale in Como, Fraschini in Pavia) and sang for the Teatro di Pisa in the “Messiah” by Handel conducted by Maestro Bressan.
In 2008, she starred as Vespina in the “Il matrimonio Inaspettato” by Paisiello under the conducting of Maestro Riccardo Muti in Salzburg, Pisa, Ravenna and Piacenza, where she was singled out by a notable critic who emphasised her very agile emission, remarkable intonation and stage fluency. Just as impressive was her discourse at the prestigious Festival dei due Mondi in Spoleto with the Opera-Ballet “Padmavati” by A. Roussel, playing the role of Nakamti, conducted by Maestro Emmanuel Villaime and directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Additionally, she also performed in the chamber music and sacred repertoire.
In 2009, she collaborated with the National Opera of Athens, with the Polish Polski Chor Kameralny, with Girona for Spring Concerts and with the Orchestra of the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago conducted by Maestro Beltrami.
In 2010, she played the role of Stephano in “Romeo et Juliette” by C.Gounod at the Teatro Verdi in Trieste conducted by Maestro Julian Kovatchev and directed by Damiano Michieletto, she also participated in the production of Cinderella by G.Rossini in Brescia, Como, Pavia, Cremona and Piacenza conducted by Maestro G. Sagripanti and directed by R. Cucchi.
In 2011, she appeared in “Amelia Goes to the Ball” by G. Menotti in the “Festival dei due Mondi” in Spoleto and with the same opera at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia conducted by Maestro Placido Domingo. Still at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, she was Cherubino (The Marriage of Figaro) conducted by Maestro Battistoni and directed by Ruggero Raimondi to great critical acclaim.
In 2012, at the Theatre of Castellon, she played Dorabella in “Cosi fan tutte” by W.A. Mozart.
Among her commitments in recent seasons: Dido with the Fondazione Arena in Verona Foundation at the Teatro Ristori and Aeneas by Purcell, followed by the Philharmonic “Italiana in Algeri” by Rossini and Cherubino in Mozart’s Magic Flute at La Fenice in Venice, Zerlina in Don John at the Circuito Lirico Lombardo, conducted by G. Vick, Nicklausse in Racconti di Hoffmann and starring in Cinderella in Cyprus. Among her next commitments: Adalgisa in Bellini’s Norma in Padua, the Teatro di Roma for Suor Angelica and at the Verona Philharmonic for Dido and Aeneas by Purcell.
